Credit Literacy and Wellness Initiative

This course enables current homeowners to have clear understanding of their rights, contractual obligations, accountabilities, affordability and responsibilities including those of realtors. The workshop is designed to educate homeowners and assist them to make informed sustainable housing decisions to both homeowner and other parties involved to encourage responsible and sustainable homeownership.
